MEDITATION



It is a Breathing Technique in simple words, in fact, a Deep breathing method that we simply named as Meditation. It's called Meditation because it requires Focus as well along with deep breathing. Closed eyes while doing meditation, can impact us more deeply & enhance our experience also. It's the best & I guess only way to know the world inside us not with open eyes but with the eyes closed. 

Step 1. Deep Breath leads you to 

Step 2. Be Peaceful leads you to

Step 2. Focus inside us.


                

              Hence, there are 2 ways of doing Meditation:

1.  With the Eyes Open


   
                        This is something that we can do anywhere & anytime. This is simply what we do when we cannot focus or find solutions for a problem or sometimes feel exhausted. There we need to take a break on where ever you sit, and stand & just be quiet not only outside but also from inside. Make your inner voice quiet & try to listen to your breath and nothing else. 

       So, basically what's happening here is that we are trying to make our conscious mind out of focus on issues we are facing outside for a while, breaking its habit of overthinking or worrying. Shifting it to our breath & listening to our heart, which suddenly forgets about what we were thinking earlier. Taking this breath to each cell, let them breathe & suddenly everything feels refreshed. 


You literally clear some space in the mind to think of a solution. Whenever we come across some difficult time around we start overthinking or worrying by default as this is fed into our conscious mind so we react by default like this because this is what happened the first time when we came across some problem & the way we reacted at that time, this became our default reaction. 

Hence, that's the only way that we take a deep breath & clear all the chaos inside, be peaceful & think subconsciously for a solution as we already have every solution to a problem within us only, we never need anyone else for our decision or to sort our problems.

                 

 This doesn't need much of your time. It Can be done within 1-2 minutes.


2.  With the Eyes closed

This is the most traditional way of practicing Meditation. We always come across people doing that with closed eyes only to experience this beautiful & amazing experience more closely and deeply.  This actually takes you to the most amazing and surreal world within us. 

                   We as human beings only think of physical connections and activities that we can do on physical level plus see at the physical level but what we don't know is that whatever is going on with us/around us is because of what we think or picture or imagine the world or manifest the things for us. We will be shocked to know that we are the reason behind all our situations somehow directly or indirectly but we only are the reason for what's happening with us/around us. So, once we all understand that inside us there is a superhuman, we will definitely explore. And how can we explore that superhuman inside us through Meditation only? 



                         Once we start doing this meditation, we start having control over our breath and that's the only key to maintaining our Focus & changing the situation within or around us which we simply call HEALING. It's a whole different world inside which we need to close our eyes to forget this materialistic world & invoke the real us & that invokes that POWER within us. 

P.S. Power Within Us is a real fact that I have been adapting in my life and it really does wonders for me, in my body healing Journey. It's not something that I just read or heard somewhere but I truly follow that, adapt that too in my own life, and experience the amazing results. I would like to recommend a book as well i.e. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy, those who like reading do read this book, this would definitely have a good impact on your lives.




Everybody has a different way of doing it, Regaining energy or feeling refreshed is the other term for that. Prayer is another name for Meditation. The main agenda is to gather ourselves by sitting quietly outside or inside and Just BE YOU. 

Hence, what we've learned from this is, it teaches us to have full control of ourselves and know our worth and Meditation is the first step to achieving that.

SUCCESS ,   is a  wonderful word, self define word, which is a dream of every human being living on this planet. But What does SUCCESS actually mean...??? My name is Snigdha Bhagat and let's see the different versions of Success.... So let's get started!!! Bla Bla Success..... Many of us actually never know the true meaning of SUCCESS and We were never even taught by anyone about it. The only thing we dreamt of is to be successful, i.e.  Earn a lot of money,  Respect in society,  Fame,  Stardom,  a Bungalow,  Luxurious Car,  branded clothes etc.  Stuff like that, which simply says live the best of what the world brings to you .    OK....  Let me tell you one instance, I had a friend. Her dad is a well-established Lawyer and Mom is a lawyer too. They're living a damn good life. I mean a life that we normal people think of after we get so-called successful. But there is no "communication" between them. His father has his own office at home,
