Change Our Way of Thinking - Control ANGER (1)

 

  NO  ANGER

Just the way we think & act accordingly, So if we want to make us "Anger Free" , we need to change OUR WAY OF THINKING

    As we all know we are the CREATOR of our thoughts. So, this is our choice whether we want to have good thoughts ( which brings happiness) OR bad thoughts (which leads us to ANGER).


 A MOBILE PHONE...... 

Lets understand this with an example i.e. Cell phones. lets suppose , 

  •   Cellphone body = Our Body
  •   Batteries = Our Energies or Mood ( happy/sad/Angry )

Just like Phone need charging for its batteries to work, same as work with our body. We need to maintain our Emotional Health, always keep our Energies High by think GOOD and POSITIVE.

ANGER - LOW BATTERY - HURT INCREASE - NOT ABLE TO FORGET THINGS - BLOCKAGE

Hence, We can say things  CALMLY as well. Keep on doing in this manner. Hence, it will become our way of living and become our HABIT. Then, there will be NO ANGER ☺ because we have changed our HABITS or OUR WAY OF THINKING.

                It will become OUR LIFESTYLE - STRONG - POWERFUL - PEACEFUL


Rather to Change others, which isn't in our control..... We should change Ourselves / OUR WAY OF THINKING . Hence, DISCIPLINE in one's life is Important to lead another's life.


                    ANGER  CREATES  FEAR

    ANGER always creates Fear which can Low Our Emotional Health.

That's why Don't ever scold any child. It will create fear in their Minds, which are more sensitive at their stage and that's the stage where things, habits, situations get imprints on their mind. That's why we always says that  the very crucial stage of their lives is at this particular stage of kids, where they are in learning phase.... Good things creates joy and bad things creates fear in them. That will lower their Emotional Health.  So, How can we higher Our Emotional Health???


  HOW  TO  INCREASE  OUR  EMOTIONAL  HEALTH :

  • Stay Fit and Healthy.... 


  • Go for walk.... because mind needs fresh air too....
  • Eat Healthy Food having Good thoughts in Mind.... 


  • Live in Present..... Because we have no control on our future and definately Past has gone. 
  •  Hence, Do exercise, Meditate, Stay focused, Satisfied whatever you have and show Gratitude towards Everthing which helps you to keep alive Everyday.


CREATE GOOD THOUGHTS : 

NO ANGER --- Increase Change in ourselves --- PEACEFUL --- Able to transfer positivity                                                                                                             to Everyone around You.

CREATE BAD THOUGHTS :

ANGER --- Discharging battery of itself as well as others as well --- No PEACE / DEPRESS/ ILLNESS Physically , Mentally both --- Negativity around You / No HAPPINESS/ NO PEACE/ POOR EMOTIONAL HEALTH.


There is no good time to start things up. It always takes time to make things correct. We need to show some patience and move ahead. Just stay focused and think Positive because it's us who create thoughts i.e. CREATOR OF THOUGHTS . So if we have the privilege in our hands to create something then why not to creae something GOOD which ultimately going to make US only feel happy, as we can never UNDO the past so why to think about it again and again and be angry , sad aboout the thing or situation or person,  which isn't in your Hands. 




SO JUST STAY HAPPY, POSITIVE, JOYFUL, DELIGHTED, PEACEFUL, FULL OF CALM, ENTHUSIASTIC, LOVE YOURSELF and PEOPLE AROUND YOU. 

                                 THAT'S HOW WE CAN CHANGE OUR WAY OF THINKING.

SUCCESS ,   is a  wonderful word, self define word, which is a dream of every human being living on this planet. But What does SUCCESS actually mean...??? My name is Snigdha Bhagat and let's see the different versions of Success.... So let's get started!!! Bla Bla Success..... Many of us actually never know the true meaning of SUCCESS and We were never even taught by anyone about it. The only thing we dreamt of is to be successful, i.e.  Earn a lot of money,  Respect in society,  Fame,  Stardom,  a Bungalow,  Luxurious Car,  branded clothes etc.  Stuff like that, which simply says live the best of what the world brings to you .    OK....  Let me tell you one instance, I had a friend. Her dad is a well-established Lawyer and Mom is a lawyer too. They're living a damn good life. I mean a life that we normal people think of after we get so-called successful. But there is no "communication" between them. His father has his own office at home,

MEDITATION

MEDITATION It is a Breathing Technique in simple words, in fact, a Deep breathing method that we simply named as Meditation. It's called Meditation because it requires Focus as well along with deep breathing. Closed eyes while doing meditation, can impact us more deeply & enhance our experience also. It's the best & I guess only way to know the world inside us not with open eyes but with the eyes closed.   Step 1. Deep Breath leads you to  Step 2. Be Peaceful leads you to Step 2. Focus inside us.                                Hence, there are 2 ways of doing Meditation : 1.  With the Eyes Open :                              This is something that we can do anywhere & anytime. This is simply what we do when we cannot focus or find solutions for a problem or sometimes feel exhausted. There we need to take a break on where ever you sit, and stand & just be quiet not only outside but also from inside. Make your inner voice quiet & try to listen to your breat
